Urban Youth Center in Madison, WI, is dedicated to empowering young people, particularly those from Black and vulnerable communities, through comprehensive education, advocacy, and transformative support. Drawing from the impactful work of Urban Triage, this center reimagines pathways for youth exiting foster care or experiencing homelessness, fostering healing, leadership, and self-determination. Programs are designed to meet young individuals where they are, providing hands-on assistance to navigate complex systems and turn barriers into breakthroughs.
The center offers vital services including housing support for youth, ensuring stability and access to permanent housing solutions.
