The Cardinal Bar and The Capitol Social are hosting "La Rumba," marking the return of Latin dance programming to Madison's longest-running Latin music venue. The 21-and-over event begins with two hours of simultaneous beginner and intermediate lessons in bachata and salsa, led by instructors from The Capitol Social. Following the instruction, DJ Luis will spin a selection of classic and contemporary salsa, bachata, cumbia, and merengue from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
