The Capitol Social and The Cardinal Bar are hosting "La Rumba," marking the return of Latin dance programming to the historic Madison venue under its new management. The event begins with two hours of split-level Bachata and Salsa lessons led by instructors from The Capitol Social, followed by a four-hour open dance social featuring DJ Luis playing Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, and Merengue.
