The Cardinal Bar and The Capitol Social are hosting "La Rumba," marking the return of Latin dance programming to the historic Madison venue under its new ownership. The 21-and-over event begins with two hours of simultaneous beginner and intermediate Bachata and Salsa lessons led by The Capitol Social, followed by a four-hour social dance featuring Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, and Merengue sets by DJ Luis.
