The Madison Chamber Players will present a concert featuring contemporary chamber music for strings, winds, and percussion, highlighting works by notable composers such as Missy Mazzoli, Jessie Montgomery, Jim Stephenson, and Julia Wolfe. The program includes a world premiere by Madison-based composer James Devor, showcasing the ensemble's commitment to innovative music by living and emerging artists. Founded in August 2025, the Madison Chamber Players is a modular ensemble that collaborates with musicians from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the local community.
